ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW
Yes! These courses are fully accredited with an awarding body called Focus Awards, your certificate may take up to 6 months to be issued from your awarding body.
These courses are suitable for all levels of experience and do not require previous qualifications (apart from Nail Services)
Once you’ve decided which course is the right for you, click the ‘ENROL NOW’ button at the bottom of your chosen course page. You will be guided through your application and our enrolment team will be on hand if you need any help. During your application you will gain a deeper insight into the course, understand student and teacher expectations and explore your funding options.
Once you have completed your enrolment, you will be invited into the training centre to complete an initial assessment in Maths and English and other required paperwork. This is for us to determine if you may need any additional support throughout the course. At your induction you may also complete your funding application if you haven’t already do so and ask any questions you may have about the course.
You receive free starter kits for you to pass your mandatory units on the course. Additional products will be at your expense.
Unfortunately not! Only POSHnailz products may be used in the classroom, this is for insurances purpose too.
Yes! But no more than two consecutive absences or your training provider will pull you off the course. (You also need to arrange catch up with your tutor)
All students receive a free uniform.
Unfortunately not, you must be able to attend the first day of your class or else we will not proceed with your enrolment.
These courses are not free, we offer funding through private training provider.
Your training provider for this course is Woodspeen Training and they offer funding via Advanced Learner Loans which is branch of Government Funding, like Student Finance. The funding is not means tested and does not affect any benefits you may be receiving. If eligible the Advanced Learner Loan will cover the cost of the course. You will not start to make repayments until you are earning in excess of £25,000. If you do start to make repayments these are taken by HMRC before you receive your salary, along with your tax and national insurance. To be eligible you need to be 19+ and hold either a valid passport or birth certificate or valid share code/visa. No other identification is accepted by Advanced Learner Loans. Alternatively, if you would prefer to pay for the course yourself, we can offer a payment plan please contact us for further information.

You can only enrol with a UK Valid Passport or birth certificate for proof of ID. We do not accept any others.
Loan eligibility does not depend on your income and there are no credit checks.

You may also be eligible for money from the Bursary Fund if you need help with some costs while studying, for example childcare, travel or trips related to your course. You would need to speak to your training provider when you enrol onto one of our courses.
There is an element of learning that is expected from you; this will be to practice at home what you have learnt in class each week along with completing your written assignments with an exam at the end. All our assignments are knowledge questions that you answer thoroughly using the knowledge you have been taught in class, and research, and revision. All homework to be recorded in your home learning log provided.
Over the duration of your course, your tutor will deliver the theory of your chosen course and all practical demonstrations of each unit week by week.
